Since taking over, his main focus has been ecoforesty and growing coffee in a way that promotes biodiversity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eColombia - This is a coffee that comes from a co-op of almost 100 farms located in Tolima, Colombia. The co-op was founded in 2016 when a group of 19 farmers joined together to build their own processing mill. Since then, they’ve added almost 80 farms to the co-op and helped the farmers involved consistently get 18-20% above market rate for their coffee.
