Good Soil Food Hub Refund Policy

At Good Soil Food Hub, we take pride in providing fresh, locally grown food and excellent customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Perishable Items

Because most of our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality, condition, or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

Non-Perishable or Packaged Goods

For unopened, non-perishable products, refunds or exchanges may be available within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Once your order is packed or delivered, we are unable to offer a refund for cancellations.
